SAN FRANCISCO, March 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Affordable healthcare remains a significant issue for small business owners, according to the latest Wells Fargo/Gallup Small Business Index. Three in four small business owners are dissatisfied with the healthcare system in the United States today, and say it needs either major changes or a complete overhaul. Additionally, seventy-one percent of small business owners surveyed in Q4 2004 cited this as a critical priority for Congress and the President to address.
