DENVER -- Dividend Capital Investments announced today that the performance of its Realty Growth strategy ranked the firm as the top performing U.S. real estate securities manager for 2004, as compiled by InvestorForce. The Dividend Capital Realty Growth strategy, which invests in real estate equity securities, commonly known as REITs, returned 46.83% (gross; 45.93% net) for one-year ending December 31, 2004, outperforming its closest competitor by over 300 basis points on a gross basis.
