INDONESIAN CAR SALES SURGE BY 34 PCT IN FEBRUARY ON-YEAR
JAKARTA - Car sales in Indonesia shot up 34.56 per cent to 45,717 units in February from the same month last year, the association of motor vehicle industries (Gaikindo) said.
Commercial cars dominated sales by 92.85 per cent or 42,449 units as against sales of passenger cars of only 7.15 per cent or 3,268 units, the association said.
