Mar. 18--The accountants were back, and the phones rang off the hook for a second straight day at the 12th annual Daily News Tax Help hotline.
Stock gifts, filing status and settling old mistakes were among a host of questions readers had for tax experts from the New York State Society of Certified Public Accounts.
