Mar. 18--L.P.N. Development is confident that its five new projects, valued over six billion baht, will be well received by the market this year.
Tikhamporn Plengsrisuk, the managing director of L.P.N. Development Plc, said pre-sales for the one-billion-baht Lumpini Place Pin Klao project had already reached 800 units after just two weeks.
"The total value of our new projects this year is about 6.09 billion baht. I don't have any worries at all about our sales," he told analysts at a briefing at the Stock Exchange of Thailand yesterday.
The company will launch the 1.7-billion-baht Lumpini Ville Cultural Centre on March 25. Other ...
