Madison HGCD has closed a deal for the premier kitchenware retailer Sur La Table's first Manhattan store.
Located at 75 Spring Street in Soho, the store will consist of one level of retail space totaling approximately 5,000-square-feet, with additional stock space on a sub-level.
Ginny Pittarelli, Chief Operating Officer of Madison HGCD represented Sur La Table in the deal, and is responsible for introducing the kitchenware retailer to the corner of Soho's famous Spring Street.
Sur La Table joins a neighborhood already packed with exclusive restaurants and retail locations such as The MoMA Store and Balthazar.
