HUGH HALL IS PRAYING for a sweltering Arkansas slimmer.
Hall, the owner of Wild River Country in North Little Rock, blames part of the water park's well publicized financial trouble on last year's unseasonably cool August, which lowered the theme 210,000, down some 10,000 from 2003.
Now hanging over Hall's Halcyon Attractions Corp. of Toronto are several collection lawsuits and a $3.2 million foreclosure claim filed by Community Bank of Cabot.
"I'm not going to make any comments on lawsuits. We intend to make sure all our bills are paid. That's all I can say," Hall said. "We've had a few bumps but ... we're getting ready to open. I think ...
