OAKLAND, Calif., March 22 (AScribe Newswire) -- Three environmental groups - Riverlaw, As You Sow and San Bruno Mountain Watch - have sued the State Water Resources Control Board and all nine Regional Water Quality Control Boards to force compliance with the California Public Records Act. The water boards are being served this week with notices of the lawsuit.
