Mar. 20--It's termite season, and in the words of James Whitcomb Riley, those "gobble-uns'll git you ef you don't watch out!"
Professionals like Suzanne Graham call them "subterranean" termites. They cause $2.5 billion in property damage annually in the United States and are a particular problem in Southwest Florida.
"Around here, it's not a matter of if you're going to get termites, but when you're going to get them," Graham said.
