JUPITER, Fla. - Dodgers left-hander Odalis Perez finally made his spring debut Tuesday, starting and pitching two innings against Florida. Afterward, it was clear that Perez had overcome the biceps tendinitis that had plagued him since the first week of camp.
It wasn't at all clear, though, what path Perez will take during the two weeks that remain before the start of the regular season.
Club officials still haven't decided whether to pitch Perez every fifth day, meaning he would have time to make just three spring-training appearances but maybe slotted into the second game of the season on a limited pitch ...
