JASON McATEER is the first to admit he's done a few daft things.

There was the occasion on his first Republic of Ireland trip when he walked into a pub in Dublin... and asked if they served Guinness.

Or the time a waitress enquired whether he wanted his pizza cutting into quarters or eighths. "Just do four because I couldn't eat eight slices," Jason replied.

Or even the time when he tried to attract Jimmy White's attention in a crowded bar by shouting "one hundred and eighty" at the snooker legend.
