San Francisco-based Oracle Corp.'s CFO, Harry You, is leaving the company after just eight months. You is joining McLean, Va.-based BearingPoint, a major industry consulting firm, as CEO. You joined Oracle in July 2004 from Accenture, another large consulting firm, where he was CFO for three years. At Oracle, he replaced Jeffrey Henley, who held the job for 13 years before being named chairman.
Oracle will turn over the CFO responsibilities to its co-president, Safra Catz, until a full-time replacement is found.
