Here's a wakeup call for Madison voters: If you stay away from the polls like you did in the 2003 local election, Progressive Dane is going to take control of the City Council.
Progressive Dane is a homegrown far-left political party with clout disproportionate to its actual size. PD candidates win elections because they are focused, organized, and hard-working. Their opponents rarely demonstrate the same qualities. PD candidates win because they motivate their supporters to vote, and their opponents do not.
