HOUSE prices in some parts of London have fallen by six per cent in the last year, new figures reveal today.
Across the capital property prices are in decline, but Hammersmith & Fulham has borne the brunt. Properties in the borough fell by just over six per cent. And a string of other boroughs - including Camden, Lewisham and Southwark suffered falls of five per cent or more.
Other losers are Ealing, Enfield and Havering, with falls of almost five per cent.
The only areas to escape the slump were Brent and Harrow, where prices have remained broadly stable.
