WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. -- Pleasant Holidays' customers to Oahu and Maui, who used to lug their bags to LAX and endure those long check-in lines, now have a convenient new option that eliminates the time-consuming procedure. Pleasant Holidays is offering the new program with BaggageDirect, a TSA-certified "mobile skycap" service that provides complete advance passenger and baggage check-in from home, office, or hotel.
