DALLAS, Jan. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- JC Penney (NYSE: JCP), one of the nation's largest retailers, is purchasing its second ICC Technologies (NASDAQ: ICGN) gas latent air conditioning system, ICC Technologies announced today.  The system, Desi/Air, which qualifies for a rebate under Consolidated Edison's New Technology Program For Gas Air Conditioning, will be installed at the three story, 160,000 square-foot JC Penney store at the Galleria Mall in White Plains, N.Y. 
Con Edison, which provides electric, gas and steam to more than 4 million customers in New York City and surrounding suburbs, supported the JC Penney purchase for the White Plains store with a rebate of $78,500.  ...
