BOSTON, Jan. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- American Medical Response, Inc. (NYSE: EMT) announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Buck Medical Services, Inc., headquartered in Portland, Ore.  Buck Ambulance Services, Oregon's largest provider of pre-hospital medical care and ambulance services, had revenues of approximately $14 million in 1991. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
