ANOKA, Minn., March 30 /PRNewswire/ -- On behalf of the Northstar Corridor Development Authority (NCDA), I want to thank Gov. Pawlenty and legislative leaders for reaching an agreement on the 2005 capital investment bill. We are very pleased that the Senate and House have agreed to fund the full request from Governor Pawlenty of $37.5 million for Northstar Commuter Rail as part of their bonding package.
