Wendy Osborne, of Onondaga Hill, knows how to attract the attention of judges in national cooking competitions.
She was a finalist in the 2004 Pillsbury Bake-Off and a few weeks ago won a trip to New York City to compete in Crisco's All-American Pie Recipe Contest. Although she didn't get the top prize in either competition, Osborne used her culinary talents to cut through thousands of entries to reach the finals.
