Mar. 31--Glendora officials are pulling out all the stops to block a proposed 38- home development in neighboring San Dimas, saying it would spill traffic onto Glendora streets.
City Manager Eric Ziegler said access to and from the development would go through Glendora roads, which would have to be maintained and repaired at the city's expense.
In addition, the city's police and fire departments would have to respond to emergencies.
"What's in it for Glendora?" Ziegler said.
Texas-based NJD Ltd. has a proposal on the table to build the homes on 200 acres in the northwest foothills of San Dimas, next to ...
