Many health industry watchers believe that 2005 will be the year of the health savings account. While it appears employers are ready to send their charges out into the wild and wooly health care market, is the market ready for them? What types of tools are available to ensure that consumers give up their "skin" wisely?
There are three general categories of tools being developed: enrollment, provider quality and pricing.
