State emergency management officials are warning of the worst flooding in 20 years as heavy rains soak the Bay State and force rivers and streams to swell over their banks.
"This is going to be a statewide event. No one is going to miss out on this," said Peter Judge, a spokesman for the Massachusetts Emergency Management Agency. "It's going to be bad everywhere and worse in other places."
