Article: Tuberculosis Patients increasing in Punjab.

AIMANABAD April 01-(PPI): National program officer of the World Health Organisation (WHO) Dr Akhtar Ali Chaudhry has said that the number of Tuberculosis patients is increasing in the Punjab province. Expressing his concern over this rise Dr Akhtar said that mainly the residents of the congested localities falling victims to this disease. He told this news agency that presently over 100,000 thousand patients are suffering from tuberculosis only in Punjab.
