SAN FRANCISCO, Jan. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- John M. Hart was named today to the position of senior vice president, Human Resources, at United States Leasing International Inc. (USL), according to J.G. Duff, chairman and chief executive officer.
Previously, Hart was senior vice president, Human Resources at USF&G Corp. and at Heller Financial Inc., and vice president, Human Resources, at Impell Corp.
