Speaking in front of an audience of veterans at Suncreek United Methodist Church in Allen, Texas, on February 19, Republican Congressman Sam Johnson let his listeners in on a conversation he'd supposedly had with Top Gun George W. Bush himself. "Syria is the problem," Johnson said he told the president. "Syria is where those weapons of mass destruction are, in my view.
