Moody's assigns B2 rating to Kharkiv
Kyiv, April 4 (Interfax-Ukraine) - The international rating agency Moody's Investors Service has assigned the issuer rating B2 to Kharkiv - Ukraine's second city in terms of population (1.46 million people).
The rating reflects the city's improved economic state and reasonable tax policy, the Moody's report reads.
At the same time, according to the rating agency, the rating includes instability risks. In particular, Moody's says that a large share of Kharkiv's industrial products are made at big enterprises, including military industrial ones, which are accountable ...
