MTC Technologies [MTCT] on Tuesday said it has acquired the German subsidiary of Alabama-based Eagle Support Services, giving it a European presence for reconstituting U.S. Army forces that have been redeployed.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed but MTC said it would not adjust its guidance for the acquisition because a majority of the subsidiary's sales are from a subcontract with MTC and the transaction is not financially significant. The German unit is called Eagle-D, which provides maintenance and logistical services to the U.S. Army in Europe and other regional Army customers in the European Command.
