Apr. 4--DESTIN -- RE/MAX Southern Realty ranked third of 348 real estate companies in the Emerald Coast Association of Realtors 2004 listing of top companies and agents.

The company finished 2004 with more than $800 million in sales.

Jane Araguel ranked fifth among high-producing agents, and Susie Kirkland ranked 17th in volume.

DESTIN -- Jane Araguel and Team of RE/MAX Southern realty have been ranked 25th worldwide among RE/MAX agent teams. It was ranked third-highest in Florida.

Awards were made at the realty organization's 2005 international convention in Orlando.
