TOPIC: A survey of more than 2,000 mobile phone users found one in five users changed mobile service providers due to poor customer service from call centers, according to an article by ContactCenterWorld.com. The survey, commissioned by software provider Corizon, found the main complaint was the amount of time it took for a call center employee to deal with the customer's question. Approximately 30 percent of the participants claimed they were kept on hold longer than 10 minutes.
