ATLANTA, Feb. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- KnowledgeWare, Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: KNOW) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Matesys Mathematics Systems S.A. and its subsidiary, Matesys Corporation.
In connection with the acquisition, KnowledgeWare issued 900,000 shares of its common stock in exchange for the Matesys stock. The acquisition will be accounted for by KnowledgeWare as a pooling of interest.
