FREMONT, Calif., April 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SCM Microsystems, Inc. (Nasdaq: SCMM; Prime Standard: SMY) today announced that it has signed an agreement with TransTech Systems to distribute its smart card readers, biometric readers and physical access control terminals. Under the agreement, TransTech will market and sell SCM's secure access products both separately and as part of bundled solutions for logical access, physical access, badging and ID applications.
