Apr. 5--A group of investors bought the Sykes building in north Greeley on Friday and immediately signed a lease with an Oregon-based company to locate there and hire up to 300 people.
S and E Investments LLC, whose principals are purposefully remaining anonymous, put up $2.4 million for the 42,000-square-foot building that has been vacant for almost three years. They immediately signed a lease with AccuTel Inc. of Eugene, Ore., a division of General Motors Acceptance Corp., to open an administrative support center.
