In a high-profile 10-year leasing transaction brokered by Studley, premier portfolio management and financial services firm, York Capital Management, has committed to 35,000 s/f at the prestigious General Motors Building for its corporate headquarters.
The company is scheduled to relocate from 10,000 square feet at 390 Park Avenue to its new offices at 767 Fifth Avenue in October 2005.
York Capital Management will occupy the 17th floor of the 50-story Macklowe Properties-owned tower, which spans the entire block between 58th and 59th Streets in the heart of Manhattan's Plaza District.
