Commercial real estate services firm Cushman & Wakefield announced that Pepperidge Farm has leased 27,858 s/f at NordenPark, the 630,000 sf office complex located in Norwalk.
Pepperidge Farm will completely relocate out of 64 Danbury Road in Wilton and will move a portion of its office staff from 595 Westport Avenue in Norwalk to the first floor of NordenPark. Pepperidge Farm's corporate headquarters will remain at 595 Westport Avenue.
Trip Hoffman, director, and Jodie Dostal, associate director, of Cushman & Wakefield serve as exclusive leasing agent to NordenPark.
