Sivan Achor is one busy lady. Inside her office in Midtown Manhattan, the senior loan officer at The New York Mortgage Co. LLC is sipping a cup of strong, black coffee with a touch of cream and sugar as she prepares for the long workweek ahead of her.

Today, this charming and dynamic young woman is working on an upcoming television documentary surrounding the Brooklyn waterfront area for her new television show, "Real Time Real Estate TV," which is set to air on PAX TV at the end of May.
