SAN DIEGO -- "San Diegans for the Mount Soledad National War Memorial" today presented to the San Diego City Council petitions signed by 89,237 San Diego residents, insisting the Council reverse its March 8, 2005, decision which declined the United States Government's offer to accept transfer of title to the Mount Soledad Veterans War Memorial property.
