MINNEAPOLIS/ST. PAUL, March 8 /PRNewswire/ -- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has selected Pamella Thiel as the new project leader for the Winona Fishery Resources Office (FRO) in Winona, Minn. Thiel is an Illinois native and has more than 13 years' experience with the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. 
"I'm very happy to be getting back into fisheries management and looking forward to the challenges of administering one of the service's fisheries offices," she said.
