Apr. 7--Former tennis champ and longtime Connecticut resident Ivan Lendl has listed his Litchfield County compound for sale at $25 million -- a price some local agents say may be too high even for a region known for attracting wealthy movies stars and business leaders.
Lendl purchased the property, which straddles the Goshen/Cornwall border, in 1992 and spent as much as $20 million building the 20-room Georgian-style mansion, according to local real estate agents familiar with the 400-acre property.
