Huntington Bancshares Inc. of Columbus, Ohio, reaffirmed its 2005 earnings guidance on Thursday and said a recent downgrade is not expected to have a material impact on its financial performance.
In a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission the company reiterated its 2005 guidance of $1.78 to $1.83 per share.
