Briar Hill Crossing industrial park and home proposal on Thursday received its second nod from Hampshire this week - this time from the village's zoning board of appeals.
On Wednesday night, Hampshire's plan commission voted to recommend the project to the village board, with a few suggestions in tow.
Following suit with the plan commission recommendation, zoning board members agreed the development plan was the best thing for Hampshire.
