SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, March 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Lewis Galoob Toys, Inc. (NYSE: GAL, GALPR) today announced that the United States Supreme Court has affirmed Galoob's right to sell its Game Genie(TM) video game enhancer for the Nintendo Entertainment System(R), and that Galoob has moved one step closer to collecting the $15 million judgment in this lawsuit. This action comes as a result of the Supreme Court's refusal to hear the appeal by Nintendo of America, Inc., of its copyright infringement action against Galoob.
