Continental Properties has recently closed on the purchase of a 21-acre site located in the Bergen county town of Ramsey.
The property will be used by the homebuilder to develop its latest active adult residential community, Bear's Cove, an intimate collection of 104 ultra-luxurious townhomes, according to Steven Fisch, a Continental Properties' partner. Site improvements for the project have already begun.
