RIVERTON, Wyo., April 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- U.S. Energy (USE) and Uranium Power Corp. ("UPC") announce the signing of a formal Mining Venture Agreement for the ongoing exploration and development of the Sheep Mountain (Wyoming) uranium mine project. The companies plan to staff-up for immediate commencement of exploration and development work on the project.
U.S. Energy, based in Riverton, has extensive uranium holdings in Wyoming and Utah. Uranium Power Corp., formerly Bell Coastal Capital Corp. (TSX-V: UPC-V,) is based in Vancouver, British Columbia. In December 2004 USE and UPC announced the optioning of 50% of the Sheep Mountain property to UPC.
