Apr. 13--FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. -- Bright blue banners bearing quotes from Sam Walton and others hung from the rafters of the Crown Expo Center on Tuesday.
Spotlights shone on a stage filled with racks of multicolored activewear.
Fayetteville played host to about 350 Wal-Mart employees who were in town for a training conference.
Many were Wal-Mart store and district managers from areas anywhere between Richmond, Va., and Charleston, S.C. Both cities are in the same Wal-Mart region as Fayetteville.
