ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- Americana Publishing Inc. Secures Promissory Note for $820,000 from Montgomery Equity Partners Ltd.
Americana Publishing Inc. (OTCBB:APBI) announced today it has entered into a Standby Equity Distribution Agreement on April 1, 2005, with Cornell Capital Partners, LP ("Cornell Capital Partners"). Pursuant to the Standby Equity Distribution Agreement, the company may, at its discretion, periodically sell to Cornell Capital Partners shares of common stock for a total purchase price of up to $10 million.
