BURBANK, Calif., April 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Philippe Bourguignon, chairman of Euro Disney announced today the appointment of Michael Montgomery as executive vice president and chief financial officer, succeeding John Forsgren who assumes the new position of vice chairman of Euro Disney.  Both Montgomery and Forsgren will report directly to Bourguignon. 
Montgomery, currently the vice president and treasurer of The Walt Disney Co., brings extensive international experience to Euro Disney.
