Hampshire trustees held off voting Thursday on an annexation agreement for Briar Hill Crossing, an industrial park and home proposal that village officials in recent weeks have said will bring new jobs and tax revenue to town.
The vote was postponed so trustees could review a revised copy of the annexation agreement with Lincolnshire-based Van Vlissingen & Co. that was given to the board Thursday.
The amended version includes changes suggested by plan commission and zoning board of appeals members. It also takes into account suggestions made by village consultants during public comment sessions.
