Elk Grove Village will send out a retaliatory letter to village residents and businesses in response to an O'Hare Modernization Program newsletter that spoke "half truths" about O'Hare International Airport expansion, village officials said.
Titled "What Chicago doesn't tell you about O'Hare expansion!" the Elk Grove letter will be hand-delivered today and Saturday, costing Elk Grove Village between $5,000 and $6,000 for production, printing and delivery.
