CONCORD, N.C., April 15 /PRNewswire/ -- In a move designed to better differentiate its company name and solidify their brand in the logistics market, the Board of Cardinal Freight Carriers, Inc. a North Carolina Corporation, on Thursday, April 7, 2005 filed paperwork with the North Carolina Office of the Secretary of State to formally change the name of the company from Cardinal Freight Carriers to Cardinal Logistics Management Corporation or (CLMC).
