NEW YORK, April 15 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Governors of the American Stock Exchange(R) (Amex(R)) today elected Neal L. Wolkoff Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Wolkoff, 49, has been Acting CEO of the American Stock Exchange since January 2005.
